Survey for human resources managers in the Catalan space sector

This survey is addressed to human resources managers and officers of the Catalan space-sector organisations

Any organisation that uses space as part of their day-to-day operations is encouraged to respond. This includes companies that build and launch satellites, use Earth observation data, and build software for the space sector.

Another survey is being run in parallel for people working in the Catalan space sector, so if you are an individual working in the sector, please ask your employer to complete this survey and then take the professional survey yourself.

This survey seeks to understand recruitment and skills challenges

It has been promoted by the Government of Catalonia and coordinated by the Institute of Space Studies of Catalonia (IEEC), within the framework of the Catalonia Space 2030 Strategy, as the primary source of evidence to support their understanding of skills gaps and workforce challenges in the space sector.

It is developed by the company Space Skills Alliance and is open from 14th June 2026 to 17th August 2026.

Your answers will help the Government of Catalonia to drive the growth of the sector, guide investments in educational and training programs, as well as the development of strategies to attract and retain international talent.

It will take you 10 to 15 minutes

Almost all questions are closed, quick and easy to answer. If you have more time, there is the opportunity to provide more details and participate in follow-up studies, which we would greatly appreciate. Your answers will be saved as you progress, so you can come back to them later.
